The course itself was pretty good. But after spending a year completing a really intense Certificate, I got no email to confirm I'd completed, no congratulations, no ANYTHING! I haven't even received my Certificate which I completed 6 MONTHS AGO!! AVOID!!!

Scarlett from Avado support was really helpful when I had a lot of questions and needed confirmation on my understanding for freezing my learning. She also went beyond to help me with some confirmation of learning documents for a visa I am applying too.Couldn’t recommend Avado enough, I am part of multiple learning groups who have members of different providers and there is always positive talk about Avado.Thank you so much! I wouldn’t normally leave a negative review but I’ve really had enough of Avado. I completed my CIPD level 5 course with them, during my 15 month course, I had 4 different tutors. They missed marking my first assignment which caused a delay while they investigated, I was then moved to another cohort. In that cohort, there were 3 different tutors because they kept leaving or supposedly being promoted. We regularly had to chase up assignment results being released, and one of them was a day late in the end because of a technical issue. I passed my last assignment on January 24th and I am still waiting for my certificate from CIPD today (May 20th). After a lot of chasing Avado eventually sent me an e-certificate in March but it was the level 3 one and not the level 5. I have now spoken to CIPD this morning and I’m told Avado still haven’t informed them that I’ve passed, meaning it will be a minimum of 10 weeks until I get my certificate, plus I’m going to have to pay for another years student membership, despite passing in January meaning I should now be an associate.If you are thinking of doing a CIPD qualification, save yourself some time and endless phone calls and just go with another provider. It’s such a shame because my last tutor Claire was lovely, but she’s now left. Their online learning material is out of date with links that don’t work. But it is really easy to use and I liked the structure, they have the potential to be so good, but are just a terrible company to learn through.
Whilst my experience of enrolling into my CIPD qualification with Avado was great, the actual course was lacklustre and administration inefficient. After completing my course we had no acknowledgement or celebration of completion and had just been told we would get certificates eventually by our tutor who subsequently left. Upon speaking with CIPD it turns out 15 months after providing Avado with the information that they were still unaware I was completing a course with them as Avado had not completed the necessary documentation. It's now been 3 months since my final assessment was passed and I've heard nothing except my last unit result.My recommendation would be to complete your qualification with an alternative provider.
I have not studied for 20 years since leaving high school. I went into this really nervous, this was something out of my comfort zone. Abbie the tutor settled my nerves, and supported me all the way through the process. I am basing my 5* score based on my tutor Abbie, and the supporting tools that were provided by Avado. I genuinely had the best time during my studies
I wouldn't advice anyone to use this whatever they name themselves, There was hardly any support ever, worst portal instructors and student service, seriously Worst service PROVIDER ever, I withdrew from the program 2019 after I had paid already two full instalments from the total amount, I was not satisfied with the overall experience and in 2022 they are asking me to pay them the FULL payment for nothing ( no portal since 2019, no material no certificate) !!!!!!!!!!!! not an individual experience either, My friend is facing the same as well and other people i know withdrew at the first month as. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! AT ALL, please avoid … AVADO send me my money back and keep bothering every time you bother me i share my experience wider.
