Poor Design and Navigation: If a website is poorly designed, difficult to navigate, or lacks clear organization, it can make it challenging for users to find the information they need. Confusing layouts, cluttered interfaces, or unintuitive menu structures can hinder the learning process.Lack of User-Friendly Content: Websites that fail to present content in a clear, concise, and engaging manner can make learning difficult. Content should be well-written, properly structured, and tailored to the target audience. If the information is overly technical, jargon-filled, or poorly explained, learners may struggle to grasp the concepts.Inadequate Interactivity: Interactive elements, such as quizzes, simulations, or multimedia resources, can greatly enhance the learning experience. If a website lacks such features or fails to engage users actively, it may not be effective in promoting effective learning.Outdated or Inaccurate Information: Learning resources, especially in rapidly evolving fields, need to be regularly updated to reflect the latest information and developments. Websites that contain outdated or inaccurate content can mislead learners and hinder their progress.Lack of Personalization: Effective learning often involves personalization and customization to cater to individual needs and learning styles. If a website offers a one-size-fits-all approach without considering the diverse requirements of learners, it may not provide an optimal learning experience.Technical Issues: Websites plagued by technical problems, such as slow loading times, broken links, or compatibility issues with different browsers or devices, can frustrate users and impede the learning process.Insufficient Support and Feedback: Websites that lack clear instructions, guidance, or support mechanisms may leave learners feeling lost or unsupported. Additionally, the absence of feedback mechanisms, such as discussion forums or expert assistance, can limit learners' ability to clarify doubts or seek further information.Lack of Engagement and Motivation: Learning is most effective when learners are motivated and engaged. Websites that fail to provide captivating and inspiring content may struggle to hold learners' interest, leading to a subpar learning experience.

Course content got well covered ,Provided in depth knowledge about the topics and also demonstrated the concept very well I feel so blessed to have the chance to work with supportive tutor by Abbie. and also blessed with the students i have met they were very helpful. appreciate the experience I had with Avado
I enrolled for the L5 L&D Consultant Cohort, way back in April 2020. Due to poor health, I've now had no other option, but to cancel my course. This is where the issues began.Don't make the same mistake I did - do your research first BEFORE choosing a provider.Update 22/6I now have the refund. Their policy is 10 working days... I started the process on 19/5.... the refund cleared in my account yesterday, 21/6! Now, my background is in Financial Services..... I'm sure there's more than 10 working days there.... I may be wrong.
I never post negative reviews. This is maybe 2nd or 3rd in my entire life! I cancelled my contract with Avado for a course I bought within few days of signing it. As per contract there is 14 days to resign from it and I cancelled within this timeframe. I contacted Avado several times both via email and phone and it has been a month since I requested cancellation and I have not heard back plus no money returned yet. KEEP AWAY!!!! They are nice when they want you to buy a course - once you want to cancel there is no reply. A lot of chasing, frustration and when calling their support line you never get through!!
2021 - no relevant work experience, theoretical or practical knowledge of what I was about to study2022 - proud to be part of a well respected professional body, gained extensive knowledge, whilst completing 'impossible' assignments, as I initially thought.Without a doubt, it has been a challenging year, nevertheless I have enjoyed this experience. The units are well structured, a designated tutor is happy to support with guidance when needed, you are given the opportunity to own this 'project' (called your own professional development) - are just a few valuable characteristics.
Up until our tutor left the business in early April the learning and customer experience with Avado was smooth and enjoyable. However, having completed the course back in March 2022 and after being given a 4-6 week lead time on an E certificate from Avado there is still nothing to show 10 weeks later. There has been no further communication since our tutor left the company. Myself and my peers have contacted the Avado success team multiple times for an update and either receive vague unhelpful responses days/weeks later or nothing at all without any guidance or resolution. Multiple people in my cohort including myself have also contacted the CIPD to find CIPD details and Avado qualification had never been linked after providing all the details when joining 13 months prior to completing. It was advised it would be another 10-14 weeks until the CIPD certificate is processed when they get the results to verify which they confirmed they haven’t received from Avado when I got in contact.Extremely disappointing service after the time, effort and money invested in this which has completely impacted my Avado experience. Unfortunately resorting to leaving my first review to try and get some resolutions and responses.
I'm part of October Cohort 2021, I have 2 month's left to finish my studies. At the moment for two weeks, if not more, I can't access my learning materials, because website is constantly broken, showing that I came across unexplored page . Earlier I've asked for course extension as due to big health issues, and I was asked to pay £250 for one month. Now that learning materials aren't available, will someone refund me money ??? Or maybe someone will be that kind to get back to my 3 emails, I've been sending in past 2 weeks ?
I finished my studies in October 2021 - I was part of the AUG20 cohort. I would absolutely recommend Avado - the course was well put together with engaging contact with the Tutors and excellent material. I learned lots and it has given me so much confidence in my HR career - looking forward to the next level!!
I completed my CIPD Level 5 with Avado in February 2022 after 14 months of study. It is now May 2022 and I have heard nothing from Avado since completing my course. I had to ask the “Student Success” team to produce a letter that confirmed my course completion. The CIPD to date remain completely unaware that I have completed this course. The CIPD today emailed me confirming the payments for the next year for my Student Membership. I should now be an Associate member. The CIPD confirmed today (25/05/2022) that they have not received my course results from Avado. This is not unusual for Avado and it is regrettable to say I am not surprised there is no course/student aftercare. My experience with Avado while completing the course was not positive; poor and out of date learning materials, a virtual learning environment that was constantly broken and did not deliver notifications and tutors who did not reply to emails or calls and on a few occasions didn’t even show up to tutor support sessions.I would not recommend Avado to anyone.
