Well we have finally got our funeral plan sorted , thanks to Mr Jay Patel. Absolutely brilliant service. Explained every detail we needed to know. This has been a big worry for me so now know exactly what will happen if any one of us should pass is a big relief.
We were organising a funeral plan for our father, who lives in Spain most of the year.It can be a difficult subject, but we were very quickly put at ease by Gavin Paskin, everything was explained so well and I feel I can return home with a weight lifted of my shoulders. Would highly recommend this company
I was ampprencive at first but with good customer care I was put at ease.everything was explained and all my needs met by doing this it takes the burden of my nephew who had a lot to do for my sister's funeral.and my family know that my funeral is taken care of any thinking about doing a plan my advice is just do it for me I want my family to have happy memories
My partner and I recently purchased a funeral plan from Avalon, not for immediate use but to ensure the costs are covered for when the need arises. The Avalon agent was very clear, the information provided comprehensive and easy to understand and handled in a appropriate manner. As said, we haven't experienced the full service but we feel confident that it will go ahead as planned. We did a lot of research prior to signing up and this company, in our opinion offered the best all round service.
Our Avalon Consultant (Magdalena) fully described our Funeral Plan options and what each plan covered. No sales pressure just the plans, costs and importantly our long term protections. Great to know we have a policy that is available in Spain and the UK. We felt comfortable with our existing knowledge and Magdelena’s presentation to purchase an Avalon plan. If you are looking at options for funeral planning I think you will not go wrong with Avalon.
