I have had an Avalon plan for 2 years,I spend winter in Spain, my wife's parents came to visit for 5 weeks,unfortunately my mother in law had a fall and didn't recover from a head injury and passed away in Spain the same day,I thank God that Avalon where at the end of the phone, I was able to gift my funeral plan to her and It took 1 call to get things into place,every member of staff where so professional, companionate and so fantastic it was very humbling, it took a great amount of stress away and my family couldn't thank them enough, also the tanatoria they selected was unbelievable, fantastic service ,if you need dignity, and professional service look no further, thanks to Mike,Stuart, and all of you,much appreciated
Andy visited us at our home in Almeria in lSpain, and explained how the plan works for us both in Spain and the UK. After answering questions he left us to choose what we wanted with absolutely no pressure to commit. We had researched before he came and had decided on the basic plan, but on reflection and with his helpful answers to our questions we decided on the next level up because it is what will work best for our family. Highly recommended as a company as they are totally up front and transparent as to what they offer.
A single phone call arranged for Jay to visit us. Well explained and discussed with us! Once discussed with our family Jay revisited us and the relevant documentation was completed and financial payments made!! Well done Jay!!
