After a shaky start from an unprofessional sales person the company responded in a very professional and positive manner which shows that even when a mistake happens they were quick to resolve and our dealing thereafter with Gavin Paskin and others were extremely positive and professional.
I can't praise the service high enough, it has been excellent. My husband and I took out policies 4years ago and unfortunately I had to use his back in April. The organisation of everything was excellent and it took away some of the pressure at such a difficult time. Since then I have reviewed my policy ans changed in view of what we really wanted when my husband died. The staff have been absolutely amazing. Thank you.
