Happy Customers

My wife & I decided it was time to sort out our funeral plans as we are now full residents in Spain. We were made aware of Avalon from a family relative and friends who are already customers so contacted them to discuss in more detail. Within days we were contacted and a representative was arranged to visit us to discuss what plans are available. We had a face to face meeting with Andy who from the moment he walked through the door was patient, informative, professional, and a credit to the Avalon team. Andy was thorough and confident with his products available which helped my wife and I more relaxed. He was able to answer every question asked at ease and at no point did we feel pressured at all. At the end of his presentation he advised us of the price and it was a no brainer. Andy certainly gave us peace of mind & security knowing that our loved ones won’t have the burden to deal with funeral arrangements including costs and that the Avalon team will deliver the high standards and service that we expect.

Mike Thornton

Mike Thornton, very professional, knew his business well and made us feel at ease. No pressure selling, just gave us all the information and left us to think it over. Chose Avalon because my father took out a similar policy in the 90’s, when he passed on 2016, we contacted Avalon expecting issues due age of policy but everything was simple and as promised 20 years earlier. Superb customer service.

A plan valid in both Spain and the UK

It was time to face our mortality. We arranged a visit from Avalon and their representative, Gavin Paskin came to our home. He took the time to explain throughly all our options, costs and also the process when the inevitable happens. As we live in Spain under the 90 day rule it was sensible to have a plan that is valid in both Spain and the UK. We signed up at that visit happy with the plan, costs and Avalon.
