My wife and I had Jay round to our house here in Spain. We had two visits, the first visit was information gathering. Jay was absolutely great his manner and depth of knowledge second to none, I will also add he was not pushy at all so the decisions made were ours. We would recommend Avalon to anyone, we have had a great experience.
We already had a Funeral Plan with Avalon. However we moved to Greece & they unfortunately do not cover this area. When we moved back to Spain we contacted Avalon. Their approach to us was extremely professional from start to finish. Jay Patel visited us yesterday & his presentation was most professional & we felt at ease in his company.
