Of course — here’s a slightly adjusted version that works well for Trustpilot and feels a bit more customer-review focused:Gavin visited me just before Christmas and took the time to clearly explain the different policy options available. He was very professional, friendly, and never pressured me into choosing something that didn’t feel right for my situation.As I live in Spain, it was important to me that all the paperwork would be handled smoothly, and with most of my family and friends living in other countries, I wanted reassurance that everything could be managed quickly if needed. Gavin explained this clearly and gave me real peace of mind.I would happily recommend both Avalon and Gavin to others.
