Went to website and shows picture of…a leather look coat.

Went to website and shows picture of London shop but item ordered came from China. Ordered a coat looked like faux leather cost £50 when it eventually arrived I was shocked and disappointed at the very poor quality, looks cheap and I would never wear this rag. Trying to return and get refund is proving impossible.
