TOTAL SCAM – Deceptive "London" boutique shipping from China"I ordered 3 coats and boots for £160, thinking this was a UK-based boutique. Instead, I received cheap, poor-quality items that look nothing like the advertised photos. The material is horrendous and clearly drop-shipped from China.When I tried to return them, 'Sarah' from support repeatedly ignored my requests for a return address. She tried to bribe me with 20%, 30%, and finally 50% partial refunds just to stop me from complaining to my bank.Now they are demanding I pay £50+ to ship the items back to a residential house in Ningbo, China, despite their website promising 'Free Returns' for faulty goods. This is a deliberate trap to make you give up. I have reported them to Action Fraud and opened a dispute with HSBC. DO NOT BUY FROM AVENLY LONDON!
this company is disgusting my wife ordered a coat when finally arrived it was a joke supposed to be a long flying coat picture looked amazing but in reality was like a dressing gown cheap nasty nothing like the picture advertising it a lady called sarah offered 10% 20% and 30% as would be cheaper than posting back but it should not cost anything for something my wife did not want keep sarah said take 30% keep the coat eventualy sent back with evri sarah then bugged for tracking number which i gave her three times as she said could not track where i tracked easily eventually sarah said will sort refund out when package arrives but i can see sarah saying not received or piece of crap damaged to get out of refund SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL NOT GET ANYTHING LIKE WHAT YOU SEE AND FIND DIFFICULT TO RETURN they make it so people cannot return i will keep updated with my wifes refund but not holding our breaths it is a complete joke of a company and should be banned from advertising let alone sell the rubbish they do sell
Bought 2 items in their'sale'. One was advertised as a vintage suede trench coat and the other as a sheepskin gilet. Teh trench coat is not suede and does not have the collar seen on the website. The gilet is not sheepskin. The website states the company is registered in the Netherlands but the phone number provided does not work from the UK. I complained and they tried to get me to pay the cost of returning the item to Asia plus an admin fee!
Totally zero, feel like we are being scammed, trying to return for refund for a coat received that is nothing like it was advertised on website, it’s short (waist length), cheap poor quality material where the one shown online is a mid-thigh leather coat. Sarah from website is trying to fob us off with a 20% refund or we pay costs of shipping and a return fee of £5. But their terms and conditions state that if an item is incorrect they will cover cost of return shipping. Absolute ripoff
Absolutely appalling quality spent £79 on goods probably not even worth a fiver , what an idiot for falling for it, completely ripped off , do not fall for it please, it is just a con, I have been offered a bribe in my opinion of 15% refund by good old 'Sarah' in customer service otherwise I have to pay for the return to China and then I bet you don't get a refund even then, like all the other people giving reviews Ive been conned, I do believe the good reviews are fake people - I have reported to Trading Standards it makes me sick to my stomach how much money they must make ripping people off. added 19.02.26 - I do not buy their response at all , I tried getting the money back before and was fobbed off with the ' it will cost you to return it' I have and will continue to pursue Trading Standards they should not be allowed to continue operating
