Our guy Jonah contacted us within minutes of our son (an existing Cogeco customer) passing along my info to him as a prospective customer. He was succinct but thorough and stayed on the phone with myself and Cogeco's agent Marielle (she was great, too) through the entire process. Jonah treated me like my time was valuable and I appreciate that!

This company raises your bill whenever they feel like it. My bill has gone up 4 times in just over a year. The most recent raises were Nov 2025 then Dec 2025 now again Feb 2026. How can it be okay to raise bills 3x within a 3 month time frame. I an canceling as their refund of what would be owed to be will never be paid. I am done as soon as my billing daye ends.

I have only recently become a Cogeco customer as of January 2, 2026. I have had several outages and my landline has not worked for two weeks. Three different technicians have been dispatched and they have all been exceptionally professional and very personable. However all three quickly diagnosed the problem as being outside on the main line which would require a different type of expertise and equipment to remedy the issue. The company keeps sending out the wrong people even though I clearly articulated the information that I had received from the previous technicians.

Very Frustrating Service

EPICO has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had. Living in a condominium, I also have the internet package, but finding channels is incredibly difficult, and the remote hardly works. If the internet goes out, so does the TV, necessitating a full system reset. It’s embarrassing for the company to release such a poor product without proper testing, which explains their long-term fixed pricing.

I've been on hold for nearly 30 minutes over an error caused by the company, not me. Their approach to customer service has clearly declined. They show little respect for your time.
