I ordered over £500 worth of electrical items and lights. The time it took from placing the order to receiving it was unusually long. I was not notified of the delivery day, and a van arrived unexpectedly. The items were inadequately packaged, barely offering any protection, which concerns me about their condition during transit. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
The shipping delays on the official website are extremely frustrating. It’s better to order from another retailer. My order, placed 20 days ago, shows as shipped, but the tracking indicates that the carrier hasn't received the items. My previous two orders also faced significant delays. Good products don't matter if they can't be received in a timely manner.
It has been very challenging to get in touch with the support team. My order has not arrived and the delay is three times longer than what was promised. The return labels did not encompass the full transaction. I can't even choose the right date to leave feedback.
