Having sent me a discount voucher for the trip they then sent 4+ different invoices for the final payment. When I sent an email ? amounts they said I was not able to use the discount ...so why I asked why was it sent? Followed by 2 very rude phone calls - 2nd one they hung up on me when I said I was cancelling the booking...have had no acknowledement re this, also told it would take 30 days for refund - totally unacceptableAlso ? re the website...very missleading as states tipping is ticked as included then they said it was not...contravines fair trading act. I would not trust this company.
EXCURSION NOT REFUNDED 28/06/2024 - 29/06/2024 16 Day China Discovery.I was dissatisfied with the queries regarding the excursion refund. I have emailed Kim about this, but she said she cannot help me.When I was on the cruise, they assured me that they would refund your agency and I trust their honesty. The cancellation was not less than 48 hours. when I returned the tickets, they were happy to accept it. Also, in your invoice there was no advice regarding the cancellation no refund.I was wondering why we needed to pay for the tips when we were on the cruise for 4 nights and there was no tour guide and driver at your agency. The tour guide and the driver were organized from the cruise ship for all the guests.Kim booked us a flight from Chongqing to Shanghai, Hongqiao that there was a flight direct to Shanghai Pudong. Our flight was delayed for 3 hours so we were rushing and running to Pudong Airport and we nearly missed out on the flight. It was a horrible experience.I'm a traveler and have never experienced this to other travel agencies.Jocelyn
