Great service

I have booked a 14 day Tour of Vietnam, and needed to contact them as I thought I had made a mistake when paying the balance. Spoke to a very helping person on the 1800 number who took my details and my concern and advised it will be passed onto the accounts area and they would be in contact. Within the hour I had a follow up call and all was well. This all took place on a Sunday !

Was pleasantly surprised that we could speak to some one in Australia at 8 pm on a Sunday night. He was very friendly but needs more training on what the holiday package includes.For example did not know if optional tours could be booked later.

China Tour

The tour in China is great. Local tour guides are friendly and helpful, problem solvers! The tour is a bit intense because of times but it is worthy. The only thing I did not enjoy was the selling tours (jade, pearls, silk etc) but I guess it is personal. I noticed other people liked it.

You sent out detailed information speedily. The only weakness was the application of the EOFY10 discount.I had to remind the customer service officer of this problem. Eventually it was fixed. Overall, I am generally satisfied.
