Review Time
Haven't received items ordered. Tracking on Evri claims items received at their Delivery Depot but they haven't left there since. Wish I had read reviews about Avon's dreadful customer service before ordering - phone line unanswered after 30 mins. No longer able to tolerate ghastly racket of sound recording I hung up. I will never order from Avon again.
Ordered online for the first time , ordered 4 items package arrived containing only 1 item spent 40 mins on hold to get through to customer service where I spoke to Mohamed who said he would re send the items I did not receive. In the meantime I had sent a WhatsApp which had taken 3 days to answer anyway my parcel was delivered today and instead of 3 foundations there was a nail varnish I am fuming I spent quite a bit of money I have not got my goods and I’m now on hold again never again avon. Update spent 60 mins on hold still did not get through tried again today still no one answering ive had to ask PayPal to step in now Avon obviously not bothered.
My order is not being delivered as they are not able to deliver it Evri told me to contact you I would like a refund please For next day delivery and I no longer want the item I don't have the order number but The tracking number is H00R 9A0059930019I called Evri on 0330 808 5456 and was given the information I have stated here.I have tried to call and message you but there is never a reply !
I ordered 5 eyeliner pencils. My order arrived early than expected. Until I opened the package and found all 5 eyeliners were not in its original packaging and sealed. These pencils are expensive and you get very little. They do not last very long.If I was to return the goods after they were opened, Avon would not accept it under any circumstances. Awful service and very dissapointed.
Telephone customer service is appalling, waiting over 13 minutes to connect with a representative and ended up hanging up, if they don't want to listen to complaints about service then they'll never improve their reputation, my wife's ended her association with Avon.
I have finally decided to stop being an Avon rep after many years . Where to start ? They recharge you for items you have sent back even though you have proof of postage . They keep you waiting on the phone for 30 mins when you have a query. They add items to your order and charge you even though you haven’t ordered them . They take ages to send your order ‘Many items are broken or damaged in the box . It has become dismal
This is one of the worst Companies I have ever dealt with. My wife is a representative, but their deliveries are almost wrong every time. It is almost impossible to contact them, returns are not credited without prompts from her she has recently spent ages on the phone, and their WhatsApp system is a joke. She is so disillusioned with them she is packing in being an agent.
