Terrible Customer Service and Poor Product QualityI am incredibly disappointed with Avon and the unacceptable experience I recently had. After placing an order, not only was one item missing, but some of the products arrived damaged and poorly packaged. When I tried to reach out to customer service, I waited over 40 minutes on the phone without ever speaking to anyone.While Avon did send a replacement, it’s not enough to make up for the wasted time, frustration, and inconvenience caused by the missing and damaged items. There was also no offer of compensation for the multiple issues, and the lack of accountability is shocking.As a customer, I expected much better. I’m now considering reaching out directly to the CEO about this and sharing my experience across social media to warn others. I would not recommend Avon, and I will not be using their services again.
It’s rather expensive If you ask me considering it never used to be don’t get me wrong some of the products are lovely but surely it ant right charging that much for stuff there charging more then most products in shops and there just as good you should really think about lowering some of the coast then charging £95 for an advent calendar
Customer services have been relocated to S.Africa, not a problem but the call handler kept on asking what my query was. I was simply asking if a perfume was being discontinued.She had no idea. I asked if I might speak with someone in that dept. She disconnected the call. I then sent email in u.k.Same simple question. Reply was that they couldn't answer without an account number. An exercise in frustration and not for the first time. I'll switch h to Beauty Pie.
Will never buy avon direct again. 10 days ago I ordered then next day message to say items sent (3 of them) then a few days later another message, same order number, updated order only 2 items sent and still not received. Have been unable to contact them either
So, I decide to compose a review of my personal experience with Avon. When loading Trustpilot I can't help but notice the previously posted reviews. What a shambles.This only makes it a easier task for me as I don't enjoy writing negative reviews.My advice to anyone thinking of signing up as an agent - DON'T.My experience has been a nightmare from the onset, but I prefer to skip the finer details.The main point is that I sent a request to close my account 15 days ago & have only just managed to obtain a response.I have now been informed that basically an account can't be closed. It has to be inactive for 3 months & from then on it will be closed within 12 months.Unbelievable & shocking business tactics.Please don't get lured in by promises of big earnings & mega bonuses.
I just opened a tub of ritual body butter which has a tightly sealed foil seal. It was very tricky to open to the point where it has cut my hand in several places. The product is nice but will not be buying again. Very unpleasant and quite painful.
I don’t believe I’ve ever felt so unwelcome as a customer. Avon took the payment twice from my account, and despite me sending this proof to them, they’ve said they have no recollection of the transaction and I won’t be receiving the items I ordered. Does Boris have shares in Avon? It would explain the similarity of my utter shock and disbelief at the process!
10 days after ordering and still not received my goods, despite, being told by EVRI that it would be delivered 6 days and several messages apart that it was being delivered that day. Still not been delivered. I ordered similar items from body shop on the same day and got them 2 days later delivered by Royal Mail. Might be a good idea for Avon to reconsider delivery options.
I've used Avon products for years and been very happy, but my last purchase has blown me away. I ordered the bradapt bra in purple and am amazed by the comfort of it. I've never worn such a comfy bra in my life,and it's the best bra I've ever bought. It's so good I've just ordered one in pink and I'm throwing all my other bra's out. I'd recommend giving this bra a go you won't be disappointed. The fit is appropriate to the size so you need the size you normally get. Happy shopping
