Avon products, customer service, even their reps are bad@

I am really disappointed with Avon. I'm here in the UK, had a very bad experience with Avon starting in April this year 2024. I won't go into the details here, will leave that for another day, as it's really lengthy what went on.Came here to look at other reviews left by Avon customers, not really surprised to see that 99% of them are negative.Avon what on earth has happened to you! You don't seem to care about your customers or even about how many of your so called Avon representatives, are behaving!My Mum used to be an Avon lady in the 60's & 70's. The quality of cosmetics, toiletries & abundance of products available, used to be outstanding then. Not anymore! Everything has just gone downhill. I believe Avon started in the 50's (possibly even earlier), if the founder's of Avon could see what's happened to their company they wouldn't be happy.I read below a former male Avon representative commentated somewhere that he didn't care for the smell of a particular product. Avon promptly deleted his rep account, plus other things & closed him down. Just for giving his honest opinion! Another customer below complained about her 'druggy' Avon rep. Not delivering goods, not being reliable, not returning money when items required didn't arrive etc. The bad reviews go on & on.I can see that on this Trustpilot platform here, Avon don't even bother to come hear & read the reviews. There's no reply from Avon for any of them!Even on Avon's own website, many have left reviews, made suggestions etc. Again no response from Avon about anything, just seem to not care that the company is going down the pan, & they are losing customers!I will be back in several months time when I'm less busy to detail what my negative experiences with Avon were. However in a nutshell this company are no longer what they used to be. Don't buy from this company. You have been warned!I won't be surprised to hear in a few years time that Avon in the UK anyway, is no more. They're not doing anything to stay in the market & compete with their competitors. They will go the same way as Wilkinsons, C&A, BHS, Woolworths to name but a few.

Disgusting company I paid £45 over a year ago to order some things as a present for my partner and it still hasn’t come and I haven’t been contacted by anyone!!!

Sub-par products & awful customer "service"

Awful! Sub-standard products. Poor value for money. I bought a serum which had a 7 day money back guarantee if you didn't notice a difference (I didn't) and have had hell with the Facebook "customer service" who couldn't organise a (blank) in a brewery! Never again.

Administration charge£20 Discussing!

Im 7 years Avon represents. Today when i recived my order i see my invoice i was shocked they charged me £20 administration charge becose my payment was late.My order was £43.Come on £20 charge this is not normal after 7 years first time happened. Im definitely FINISHED with AVON!!!!

Avon Unlimited instant lift mascara... Fabulous!Best mascara I've bought in years, definitely recommend 10out of10👍... Not impressed with "Eve Truth" eau de perfum"cost £12 smell doesn't last for even an hour once sprayed, very disappointed 😥

Chemically burnt by Avon!!!!

@avon_uk I am so disgusted by you! Used their ‘sensitive’ product on my face as directed, which left me with chemical burns across my face - has caused SO much upset and pain not to mention inconvenience, having to cancel plans and ruined my bank holiday, and their reply is ‘sorry we aren’t doin anything about it’ essentially! You haven’t even offered to look into the product or recall it!!!! Unbelievable - look what your product done to my face and you have taken no responsibility at all. Won't be ordering again

Online order placed. 3/5 items ordered were wrong. Wrong colour or scent sent to me. Tried to log into my account to rectify but says no account with that email! Not likely as its the only email I use. Then said I've logged in too many times. Absolute nightmare. Won't be ordering again. 😪

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I paid for next day delivery a day before 10 am. The website says order before 5pm for next day delivery. Next day no sign I emailed no respond I called no one picked up the phone. Very unprofessional will not be ordering again.

Really looking forward to there perfumes as I use to like them years ago. I brought bag sized bottles to test but smell don’t last waste of money on all four perfumes

Good customer support / awkward glitches…

Personally I don’t understand why everyone mentions emailing?… WhatsApp them and you’ll find they’ll respond within 24hrs. The only problem I have is being charged for delivery when I meet the requirements for it to be free.
