My mum has used Avon for years so have I , excellent products their creams are excellent but the stronger creams you must read the ingredients as some lady’s with sensitive skin can irritate their skin , it works wonders on my skin Avon is the best ever creams on the market for me I tried to write a review on Amazon but there was an issue , iv used Estée Lauder which is excellent my top favourite is Avon creams iv ordered more from Amazon and will continue to do so , thank you Avon for your creams

I’d give no stars if I could

I’d give no stars if I could. This is the second online order in the last 2 weeks that I haven’t received. Customer service was no help at all last week so I’m not bothering ringing about this order I’ll ask PayPal to refund me. Avon has gotten to be an absolutely awful company.

Need to work on your marketing campaign better. Just seen an ad on youtube with a grown up women literally sucking a baby’s lip. Thats innapropiate and disturbing.

Atrocious customer service

Bad customer service.I placed an order and straight away i released the order had defaulted to a different address-my error for not checking. This has happened with a different store in the past and on contacting them they changed the address instantly. Avon however refused. I called them within 3 minutes of placing the order and was informed i couldnt change it as it was 'too' late. I asked if i could cancel and be refunded and id re-order. I was told no. I was told i had to wait for hermes to attempt delievery 3 times and return the parcel back to Avon. I explained that Hermes always leave parcels at that address on the doorstep so its no good for me to wait for the failed delivery and again was told nothing Avon could do. I was told to speak to Here's and ask them to change the delivery address but they wont do it unless requested by Avon. So now ive paid for an order i wont receive and im guessing if i try to claim it back they will state it was delivered as Hermes will of sent a photo of it on the doorstep :/ And this address is 3 hours away.Only order via a rep don't order online!!

Bad customer experience.

I have worked with avon as a representative it has a very bad customer service and moreover they haven't return my payment for the return products. They kept the money and the product both with them.

I ordered Maxime aftershave for my husband from our local rep.It came before Christmas as per order and is the most nicely packaged item I've received.The aftershave itself smells amazing, and equally as good as Creed, which sells for over £100 a bottle.I'm delighted with contents, expensive looking bottle, and my rep.

If I could give no stars I would. Need this cream for Xmas and still hasn't arrived. Hermes are the worst delivery company and Avon doesn't care. Do not order from them. It's a big mistake.

My order arrived in the damaged and opened box . I was in shock after I opened box as I am never ever in my life saw such a mess . All items had been dropped inside the box without any packing , I felt that I opened rubbish bag .

I have items missing from my order and…

I have items missing from my order and cannot contact anyone. The phone hangs up, WhatsApp nobody responds, I have tried Instagram too - shocking service. Took forever for my order to arrive and stuff is missing!? Can someone PLEASE contact me about this ASAP.
