Brilliant service, wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend.Following my Husband's discharge from Hospital, it soon became clear that we were in urgent need of a Stairlift. I rang Neil and he arrived at my house within 30 minutes, talked me through the options I explained the urgency and Neil told me he'd get back to me by lunctime if he was able to supply the correct Stairlift. Neil confirmed that he was able to supply and fit that day and outcome was that the Stairlift was installed and working within 5 hours of my initial phone call, a true lifesaver. Excellent service. I am so pleased that I found Neil after a web search for Stairlift supply and fit. I phoned on Monday and survey was arranged for today with fitting to be arranged within a week. My mother does live within 5 miles of the warehouse but still a surprise when he said he could come back this afternoon and fit the stairlift. Very pleased with the rental option as we are not sure how long it will be needed.
From start to finish the process for my parents was made extremely easy and stress free. Everything was explained clearly and communication throughout was excellent. Neil was very friendly and reassuring, he set out the affordable price options, very clearly. We did not feel obligated in anyway. My parents were incredibly pleased with the installation. Neil was simply fantastic from start to finish. Installed my Dad’s stairlift within a week as I was anxious about Dad’s mobility and the obvious dangers with stairs. It was installed within an hour with no mess and is extremely affordable. Everything was explained clearly to my Dad who is 92 on how to use it and he is absolutely thrilled. 5 Star service from start to finish. I needed to put in 2 stairlifts for my husband who was going to be discharged from hospital. Neil came the day after I contacted him to take measurements and discuss possible solutions as the stairs were not totally straightforward. The lifts were installed 2 days later. Aylesbury Lifts pricing structure is clear and reasonable. I will definitely be recommending Aylesbury Lifts to anyone I come across who finds themselves needing a stairlift.
