Brilliant service. Neil measured the stairs etc within an hour of contacting him and the stairlift was installed a couple of days later. He offered to install earlier but it was us who couldn’t fit in with his speedy service. The installation itself was quick and quiet so much so that my mum didn’t even realise it had been installed until she saw it. Real professional service and fully recommend
Neil was absolutely brilliant. We contacted him initially on the 14th of February and by the 20th he had come over, measured the staircase, discussed our options AND fitted the stairlift. We got the Acorn 130 from Neil and it had been fitted perfectly. He made no mess, was smartly dressed and was very well mannered; especially as we have a dog, he made sure to shut doors and gates behind him etc. 10/10, I will be recommending Aylesbury Lifts to anyone who needs this service and will be contacting Neil for our yearly service next year! What a marvellous service.Very happy with the installation and service supplied. Very professional, helpful and courteous. Installed stair lift within 2 hours and instructed us clearly how to use the lift. Tested until we were confident to use. Thank you so much.

First class service from the initial enquiry right through to completion and offering a fantastic after sales service facility. We had no dates straight away and took a while for access to the property to be available, Neil was so patient and helpful and always responded to further queries very quickly.
