We read great reviews on Neil and needed a stairlift urgently a couple of years ago after my mum had been seriously ill in hospital. Neil was amazing and got us a stairlift and fitted for when she gotOut of hospital. He is always available at a drop of a hat and is very polite and helpful when we message or call. Had to Call for assistance tonight and was on the phone talking us through how to sort out a problem with the stairlift, amazing service.
Called Neil to get a quote for my father and very impressed with the experience. Clear, simple and very reasonable pricing, no hard sell. Very quick, clean and tidy installation in one hour. Would thoroughly recommend Neil for his professionalism and great quality sevice.

Neil was super helpful from the start. Our father was coming out of hospital following a hip operation and he went out of his way to get the lift fitted on time as well as sourcing a specific accessory that we needed for the stairway in question.He gave us plenty of help and advice as far as the best solution for our particular circumstances and everything went very smoothly.
