Excellent service given by Neil. Very friendly & efficient. He fitted our Dad's stairlift within the week. We needed a little clarification on something and he popped back round almost straight away to help. I wouldn't think twice about recommending Aylesbury Lifts.

Neil has just removed the stairlift from my mum's house and it was a pleasure to deal with him as always.The lift was a refurbished one that he installed about 2.5yrs ago and has been a godsend to my Mum in that time. Needed a stair lift in time for wife returning from hospital after a fall on our stairs. Neil came next day after my call to measure, and fitted the lift 2 days later!No sales pitch, just quietly and tidily supplied and fitted the chair lift, demonstrated it in action and explained the details and was finished all in 1.5 hours!
I cant thank Aylesbury lifts enough, I was desperate for a stair lift as my wife was due out of hospital and could no longer use the stairs. Phoned and spoke to neil who made a visit the same afternoon to discuss and measure up, the lift was fitted the next day just before my wife arrived home. We can't give Neil and Aylesbury Lifts a high enough rating- the service we received was outstanding, professional and compassionate. We had booked our installation then had to postpose due to unforeseen ill health- we then needed our lift very quickly- nothing was too much trouble. Installation, very quick on the day, no mess and clear instructions on usage. Highly recommend.
