So, I subscribed to the free trial, I created sucesfully a VM, and I selected a different size, because 1 GB Ram for Windows 10 is not enough. I refreshed the website because it bugged, and then "Error displaying your content". At mobile, I can see the VM and configure it, but I can't change the size "plan", and I selected by a missclick the 4 GB plan, and yeah, it crashed. If I click to "get support", it just open a new windows with the same error: "Error displaying your content". Microsoft really don't now how to code a website? This is really cringe. Linux is getting better, now linux < windows 11.
Avoid Microsoft Azure at all costs! We pay thousands for their unreliable services which are down again and they refuse to speak to you unless you pay them more money and then when you pay they still won't speak to you . . . they are THIEVES!
Unofficial scam. DO NOT USE THIS IS THE BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE YOU IN 2025.Once you put your card you need to watch 3 tutorials on youtube and wait 1 month to remove your card + hidden fees everywhere. you end up pyaing 20$ with no use and getting mad for this hidden fees then try to remove ur cc and get even more mad knowing that u have to wait a month and make 3000 steps in a buggy platform.
If I could give their customer service 0 stars I would.Multiple times now accross multiple accounts their system is ambiguous or has an error that costs me money and their answer is basically "too bad". They refuse to honour their free trial periods when its clear I've never used their service before. They are expensive and inferior to competition. I use Google Workspace for other business and its leaps and bounds better. Am going to move it all accross.
I contacted Azure support to ask for help with service continuity given that my Action Pack subscription was about to end. It was very difficult to open a new ticket, given that the Azure admin center is designed to make it so. When someone was finally assigned to the case (# 2505070040007699) they spent a week telling me what I had already told them, and sending me irrelevant articles. They clearly has no understanding. Finally, after ignoring my emails for several days, and without confirming that it was OK with me, they just closed the ticket and walked away. Absolutely disgraceful.
I am unable to open a Microsoft Azure account because 1. their phone number verification is broken, 2. this has been known for ages but they have not fixed it, 3. their ticket-based customer service refuses to handle this problem but refers me to their phone customer service, 4. phone customer service is a confused AI.If becoming a customer is this difficult, being a customer must be impossible..
Microsoft Azure just deleted all my our company’s work that was stored in my account for the past 4-5 yrs. This was based on a ridiculous policy that after 90 days of an overdue invoice the system automatically deletes the account. The fact remains that I have tried numerous times to make a payment to the overdue invoice and the system wouldn’t allow me to do that either. I find it rather infuriating that a company of this size does not have support locally and all the support engineers are based overseas and it takes them more than 4 hours to respond to a ticket. When I asked about the deletion of my info and getting the data back no one could help me; once the data is deleted is it a permanent situation. What kind of policy is this??I would not recommend Microsoft Azure to anyone, they take your money automatically on invoices and then destroy information at will, what kind of crap is this!
