Lost access to my Azure account zero help from Microsoft getting back in

Lost access to my Azure account due to Microsoft no longer supporting verification codes via non-SMS phone lines, which my identity verification was configured for. Spent a whole day trying to get help to recover my account. Finally got a hold of an employee who sent me a link where I could file a trouble ticket. Filed a trouble ticket and did not get any helpful response (let alone resolution) since I filed it days ago. Pleaded in the ticket for someone to just call me in order to get the issue resolved. Nobody called. It's reprehensible that Microsoft doesn't provide access to live humans for urgent support issues. I can't even login to pay my Azure services bill! I had to migrate my hosting services to Amazon because Microsoft completely locked me out of my account, for no fault of my own, with no way to resolve the problem. It is sickening how much time I wasted on what normally could be resolved with a quick phone call to a real live support person.

It is not perfect

It is not perfect. I have a lot of trouble installing an instance of Mysql with nothing fancy but the default configuration. I finally installed it in a different location (why? I don't know)I also have some random problems there and here but nothing serious.But the interface is cleaner (than AWS) and it has several integrations with Office 365 (that most companies love so much).And the price is right.

Very good!

The bad: they're crazy expensiveBut the experience is awesome. Performance is at the top, reliability is out of this world, no surprise in billing, support is responsive, interface is soo good (compared to aws or gcp where I can't find anything)... overall really, really good!

Azure is horrible.Been charged for a service i dint subscribe or authorize.AWS or Google cloud is much better.

While a little complicated with all…

While a little complicated with all their options, you pay for what you get, fast and reliable. After years of wasting my time with other server hosting companies, moving to Azure was a blessing, after digging through all their documents that is. Their support is alright, but the hardware, connection and service up time is great.
