Extremely disappointing delivery service.

This delivery service is incredibly frustrating. The drivers seem to prefer faking deliveries instead of actually going to the location for drop-off. There are even incidents of parcels going missing. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Extremely disappointed with the service.

I would rate them zero if I could. I received an email stating they couldn't locate my address. I provided my address pin through Google Maps, and then I never heard from them again. Enjoy my package, I guess!

There are confusing differences between my address and phone number on the tracking form compared to what I provided during the purchase. I have faced numerous failed delivery attempts, and the support team that is supposed to assist with correcting the address claims they will reach out but never follow through.

I would have been faster doing it myself

Every single employee at this company seems ineffective, from delivery personnel to the support team. It's astonishing to see such a level of incompetence in one organization. I find it hard to believe this company is still operational. I will actively avoid businesses that utilize this delivery service.

This experience deserves no rating

I would not give this experience any rating. The driver provided false evidence of package delivery. Changing the delivery address was impossible. I couldn't initiate a ticket, and after finally reaching them by phone, they had no record of my tracking number. Regarding the false delivery photos, I went to the address immediately after it was marked delivered, and there was no package. The neighbors, where the driver claimed to have left it, confirmed he chose not to leave it. I will be cautious about which companies I choose for delivery in the future.

A liability for small businesses

If I could rate lower, I would. My courier left valuable items out on a busy street and didn’t notify me despite my phone number being clearly printed on the package. I received no email notification about the delivery. When I discovered my package was stolen, the customer service representative blamed me for not providing delivery instructions, even after I pointed out my contact information was on the package. The representative showed no interest in resolving my issue. This service is a liability for any small business. Their delivery and support teams lack both accountability and basic common sense. Businesses should consider using a more reliable courier.

A frustrating experience with customer service

Requesting to speak with a supervisor is like asking for the impossible. Their email responses seem automated, lacking any real human interaction. I had a parcel shipped to a small town, and after a vague email about its handoff to another service, I received no tracking information. When I inquired with the vendor, they had no updates because the delivery service hadn’t communicated with them. I feel like I'm going in circles trying to resolve this and it's incredibly frustrating. I’ve cried multiple times during this process due to the emotional toll. If your vendor uses this service, please urge them to reconsider.

Package mishandled and left in a vulnerable spot

The delivery team left my package in the mailroom where it could easily be taken, and they even took a photo as proof of delivery. This is unacceptable.

Package delivered to the wrong location

My package was sent to the wrong address. When I complained, the company told me to contact the vendor for a joint investigation, but the vendor blamed them. No one wants to take responsibility or issue a refund. This feels like a total scam.
