This delivery service is incredibly frustrating. The drivers seem to prefer faking deliveries instead of actually going to the location for drop-off. There are even incidents of parcels going missing. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Every single employee at this company seems ineffective, from delivery personnel to the support team. It's astonishing to see such a level of incompetence in one organization. I find it hard to believe this company is still operational. I will actively avoid businesses that utilize this delivery service.
I would not give this experience any rating. The driver provided false evidence of package delivery. Changing the delivery address was impossible. I couldn't initiate a ticket, and after finally reaching them by phone, they had no record of my tracking number. Regarding the false delivery photos, I went to the address immediately after it was marked delivered, and there was no package. The neighbors, where the driver claimed to have left it, confirmed he chose not to leave it. I will be cautious about which companies I choose for delivery in the future.

When I discovered my package was stolen, the customer service representative blamed me for not providing delivery instructions, even after I pointed out my contact information was on the package. The representative showed no interest in resolving my issue. This service is a liability for any small business. Their delivery and support teams lack both accountability and basic common sense. Businesses should consider using a more reliable courier.
