We had a fantastic experience with BabyDoc. We received our order today. Everything was perfect and delievered exactly when they said it would be. All the staff were super friendly and a wealth of information. I 100% would buy from them again.
On 14 January 2026, I placed an order with Baby Doc Shop for a Double Out ‘n’ About Nipper stroller. The order was processed and paid for in full at the time of purchase. At no stage during the ordering process was I informed that the item was out of stock.On 15 January 2026, I received an email advising that dispatch was expected between 9 and 20 February 2026. As of today, 19 February 2026, I have received no further update regarding the status of my order.I have made numerous attempts to contact the company by telephone and via WhatsApp to obtain clarification. I have now been informed that it may take up to 48 hours (excluding weekends) to determine the whereabouts of my order, and that if I send any further messages, my enquiry will be placed at the back of the queue. I find this response entirely unacceptable.The lack of communication and transparency regarding a fully paid order is extremely concerning and has caused unnecessary stress. Based on my experience, the level of customer service provided has been very disappointing.
I truly believe all this reviews are fake! Save your money for a different store. Paid full in November with delivery 2nd/3rd week of January for a newborn bundle. The girl that served us was nice seemed new but no issues there, she offered us delivery in February but we insisted for January, we’re moving houses so we wanted to have everything ready and time to get used to pram etc. The week of the delivery we called them as we haven’t heard anything from them. They informed us that the stuff will arrive in 10 days and that they will be in touch. After 10 days we called them and emailed them again only to hear that they will have a look and then call us back. Again back and forth with calls and emails only for them to literally just say “Our sincere apologies”. Called them last Wednesday and they send us an email saying that they will arrive shortly. Next day they send us an email apologising that the order was never sent from UK and that will take the latest this Wednesday. We sent them an email on Thursday, never got a response back! Called them today again for them to say they don’t know but they will mark it as urgent! EVERY EMAIL AND CALL WE HAD WITH THIS PLACE WAS A DISASTER! MARKING IT AS URGENT AND THEN DOING NOTHING ABOUT IT. I’m due in two weeks and the stress over this when we thought we would have most of the things, with the bundle ready, it’s awful. Save your stress and go somewhere else. Bear IN MIND THEY NEVER OFFERED ANYTHING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE AND FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE! Update: They sent an email saying they will arrive the latest on Saturday 21st
