I am so pleased that I purchased the Therapeutic Pillow Quad Cushion After spending time in hospital, when I came home and because I could only lay on my back, I was experiencing lower back pain. I needed something to provide relief and comfort. I found BackCare Online and their Quad Cushion. It is soft and squishy and moulds around the problem area, providing the relief needed. It returns to original shape when not in use. I would recommend the Quad Cushion and BackCare Online. The product is excellent, ordering was easy and delivery was prompt.
Honest, extremely supportive regarding my serious neurological disorder in that this item was on backorder for several months. The honest immediate replying to my many emails was ALWAYS sincere and Karl went above and beyond to help ensure this walker arrived the day before a very special event which means I can attend now with safe reliable indoor mobility support and have some independence within the event to move around and speak to people I have not seen for a long time. Very very very grateful and this 3 wheel seated rollator was well worth the wait. Very well made, easy to assemble with adjustable knows in one of the pockets on the side of the walker. I was able to assemble it myself as a 62yo very compromised women. Very light, strong frame and wheels and the seat is very sturdily attached and cannot fall off accidentally, made with strong net fabric. I am 164cm and the lowest hight of the handles is fine for me with plenty of adjustment available for taller people. Remember the seat is not there for leisure, it's available in the event one needs a short rest during a walk. It's perfect for my needs. Thank you, thankyou...thank you!!!
