On 25 June 2024, I ordered expensive crutches ($359) and they delivered a neck pillow (close, isn't it?) on 3 July 2024. I raised the matter with them, by the way they do not have a phone number (echo labs is the mothership with the business name, kinetic care and backcareonline is another gimmick of theirs). They blamed another company for delivering the wrong item, they would not bear the fault! I rang the warehouse DJ Med as labelled on the parcel and the male person was rather rude and hung up on me. The new shipment tracker stated the delivery would occur while Im in hospital and post op. I asked for compensation due to time lost, stress, crutches hire while in hospital and poor service. They offered me the option to cancel the order, which I took. I will never buy anything from these people, they don't care about people, only their pockets. Karma!
Today, 8th July, I sent another email regarding my problem with Back Care Online, namely non-receipt of my purchase, and requested refund. Back Care Online do not have a phone number listed on their website however, they also share the same address with a company called Kineticare mobility. Kineticare do have a phone number listed on their website. In addition to sending the email, I rang the number listed for Kineticare. Dustin ( I’m not sure of the spelling) answered. He was able to find my purchase details and after an explanation from me, was extremely apologetic about the delay. He politely explained again about the issues they were having with the supplier, however acknowledged the website should not have shown the item for sale, or stated they were not currently available. He then immediately refunded my money and told me should I have an further issues, to email him directly. I’m immensely grateful to have found some real understanding and help. Thank you Dustin. So if you’re experiencing a problem with an order from Back Care Online, try emailing their support email with the heading, Attention Dustin or Bonny. OR call Kineticare on 07 56606564.
Great product, good invention, easy to use. I have tennis elbow and was finding the standard mouse was making it worse, but not anymore, the new roller mouse has allowed me to rest my arm which has reduced my pain. So would highly recommend. Only (minor) down side is if you have an extra wide monitor (80cm long), sometimes you have to move the roller mouse from end to end on the bar to reset the location on the screen. Also, a bit pricey but definitely worth it in the long run!
