I brought my highly anticipated Contour Design RollerMouse Mobile from Back Care Online Australia. Online ordering was very easy and their pricing comparable and even better than other stores. Postage was very quick with updates on shipping delivery. I’m very happy and if needed will use Back Care Online Australia again, I will also recommend them to anyone who needs specialised equipment.
BEWARE OF THESE GUYS. After writing a negative review of their performance they replied trying to justify that they were surprised and disappointed to receive a negative review. With the Failure to book a demo - despite saying they do this I wanted to inform everyone of my issue. From the below correspondence you will note they might be trying to gaslight everyone on the allegation of "uncooperative and hostile behaviour you displayed through the process." Please find the correspondence below contrary to their allegations. AGAIN BEWARE !!!! We would be happy to provide your parents with the opportunity to trial the Supascoota Supalite4. The sale prices which we currently have available are valid until this Sunday when we are still on the stand. I understand that they will be on the Mornington Peninsula on the 15th, 16th and 17th of November. Given this, to honour the sale price of $3,890 I would be happy to lock in the price with a fully refundable deposit of $100. We will look into arranging a trial for your parents across the dates you have mentioned in November. Our usual trial process is offered as a refund policy. You would be able to purchase the items and have them posted to you with a 7 day decision period. In the instance that you do not wish to keep the products we would accept a refund on the basis they remain in their original condition and are returned with all the packaging, parts and manuals that it comes with. Until you are confident that you want to keep the product we suggest it only be used on indoor floor surfaces such as carpets or tiles to avoid any wear and tear or damage to the product.Attached is an invoice for the $100 fully refundable deposit to secure the price.
