This is the second time I have used Backdrop Source and I have found their customer service to be outstanding. Gladina and Jennifer in Customer Service at exceptional. The company provides 2D mock ups for approval and they update you on shipping details. I’m so glad I found this company for our events.

The customer service provided was nothing less than amazing. I sent numerous emails to Jennifer, all because I had many questions and doubts (it was my first time ordering something like this), and she patiently answered them all and helped me through the process. The poster itself is of good quality, and the colours are great too! If you need a good place to print scientific posters, I definitely recommend this!

this Is my second order with your company and both times there have been delays due to the proofs not being correct on your end - grommets not showing on proof, the correct amount of grommets not showing even though the order page said every two feet, poor communication from your reps, poor quality showing on the proof yet your rep says it will be high quality when printed. i should have cancelled the order as it will arrive too late to be of any use to me now. The reps, especially Jennifer, purposefully misunderstand requests and the replies make zero sense.
