I bought a dehumidifier following good reviews . It failed after 20 minutes. 24 hours later I still cannot get any satisfaction from the company. No telephone number. Only AI! Absolutely useless. Avoid this company at all costs. If your machine works then all may be well but my experience is one of utter frustration despite numerous emails they have stopped responding. A potentially great machine (according to many reviews) totally spoilt by no customer service.
I am surprised at some of the reviews given. I thought this company gave me great service. I had a slight problem with my dehumidifier which was sorted very quickly and received emails from the company very promptly. I would certainly recommend this first class company. Thanks Juliet.
One of the customer service agents took charge from beginning to end. Initially, I struggled to explain my issue via email, but after switching to WhatsApp, she truly went above and beyond. She assisted with the replacement of my product and made the entire process much simpler. Thank you for the support!
