If it works, you're lucky. If it doesn't, prepare to be endlessly frustrated. This company does not have a service mindset. You'll be in line for an hour. Then "oh, your internet doesn't work? Sorry man, we'll get to it, bye" and then they won't do anything for days. Don't fall for the low prices, go to one that works!

I have been a Bahnhof internet customer for over 10 years and use a fiber connection.During all this time, I have experienced only one outage, which occurred when lightning struck—or came very close to—the telephone exchange. The service was restored within about half an hour.Another outage was caused by my router failing. This cannot be blamed on the provider, as the connection itself was working perfectly (even though it was their router). That is the extent of any issues I have experienced. I have a 250 Mb/s connection both upstream and downstream, and in practice, I often get speeds up to 280 Mb/s with low ping 2-5 ms and jitter 1 ms.Bahnhof is not the cheapest provider in my area, but I choose them for several reasons. They are not restrictive with ports, which allows me to run my own servers without any problems. There are also ideological reasons: they do not hand over customer data upon request and are committed to protecting user privacy.
I was with Bahnhof for many years, using their 250/250 Mbit/s bredband in Stockholm/Södermalm. Thankfully, I’ve now switched to Bredband2 with 150/150 Mbit/s. Even though the speed is lower on paper, the connection is noticeably faster and much more stable.I really regret not changing breadband providers sooner. Bahnhof wasn’t the cheapest option, and even as an existing customer my price kept increasing every year, I was actually paying more than new customers. I’m very happy to no longer be with Bahnhof!!!
Great and easy ordering process, when another competitor literally took days to do one and screwed the order up with my existing services etc.Ten minutes on the phone with a friendly representative and I had internet within the hour. Thanks!!
Have a students 100mbs package, reaches 75-80mbs max sometimes stops working, hidden fees, forcing me to pay 40kr to have a paper version of my invoice sent to my letter box, which they've never sent so I'm paying a fee for no reason. They also increased the price of the Internet mid year so I'm pretty much paying normal chargers. It's complicated to pay with an international bank and I've had an extra fee added for not paying an invoice even if I payed and it took awhile to solve, honestly garbage provider and service, avoid
There is a paper invoice fee of 49 SEK + VAT after issuing the first invoice and the company rejects to waive this fee. Justifying this by saying that I should actively go to their online platform and opt out of the paper invoice before they issued it. It's a joke. It's as if the process is designed in the 1990s to scam new customers. No customer service and process understanding. Try to wake up to the new modern world and offer multiple payment methods with auto payment features using payment links, Apple Pay, Google/Samsung Pay, PayPal and other tools to make it simple for your customers to pay. They are the reason you still exist until a new competitor, who understands customer service, wipes you out.
