I’m giving 3 stars because, while the jewelry is beautiful, it came directly from China and is delivered by the same carrier as other low-cost platforms. I hope the materials are safe and that the production is adequately audited.
I ordered what I thought was high-quality fashion jewelry from a European source, as the website suggested. However, two weeks later, the package arrived from China, not Amsterdam. The items were poorly packed in cheap plastic and looked low-quality. They feel light and do not resemble the images on the site at all. It’s clearly inexpensive jewelry being sold under a European brand.
I feel like they literally stole my money. I ordered on November 10th and as of December 8th, I still don’t have my order. I reached out several times to cancel, but they only offered a replacement. When I asked for address confirmation, they gave me a random name and address instead. The customer service is awful, one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Just avoid!
Amazing products! I own several pieces from this company, from rings to necklaces. I wear them in the sea and they have never tarnished, maintaining their brightness. When I had an issue with a stone falling off my bracelet, they sent a replacement the very next day. Incredible service!
