I had a disappointing experience unfortunately. From initially contacting, I found it difficult to get an appointment for measuring up for when it was suitable to fit around my commitments. When an appointment time/date was finally agreed on, unfortunately there was no show. I’ve waited a week for someone to contact me since, but no one has contacted to say why no one showed up to measure up. From my experience, I wouldn’t use or recommend Baileys to anybody.

Good quality blinds however organisation was a complete shambles. We were initially told the blinds would take 2/3 weeks, we were then told that one set of blinds was out of stock but the rest could be fitted ‘within the next few days’, we were then told blinds would take 6 weeks. Blinds were eventually fitted after around 8 weeks. Staff member rude over the phone. Very poor service and experience and I would not recommend to others. We have been left feeling like we were completely misled to secure a deposit. *the suggestion in your response that the blinds being out of stock was ‘communicated to me at the time’ is completely false. This was only communicated to four weeks after I had placed the order and I had called to enquire as to why the initial 2-3 week time limit provided had not been met.
