I bought a jubilee metal strap for my mother's Christmas gift, but it doesn't fit her wrist due to her slender build. Despite removing all the links, it remains too large. Adjusting the strap requires removing the protective film, which affects its condition and makes it non-returnable. It feels like a wasted investment for what initially seemed like a good option.
The customer service was outstanding! The representative prioritized customer satisfaction. I ordered a watch band, and when it didn't arrive as expected, I inquired about my order. He suspected it was delayed due to holiday shipping and promptly sent another band via first-class mail. Both bands arrived almost simultaneously!
