They delivered a weight set and rack but neglected to include any screws necessary for assembly. After asking if they could send a small envelope with the screws, it's been over six months (ordered on 3/2/25) filled with excuses, and they want me to return the entire 150 lb weight set. This situation is incredibly frustrating.
There was a weight missing from my shipment, and the box was intact, indicating the issue occurred during packaging. I purchased from a retailer, and neither they nor the seller will respond to my complaint. I even offered to buy the missing weight as I can't use the other three. Terrible customer service.
