ordered a pair of skis on January 26 with an estimated delivery date before February 2. The parcel never arrived.
After contacting customer service, I was informed that the shipment was under investigation with their courier. However, weeks later, there is still no confirmed delivery date, no replacement, and no refund offered — only repeated requests for patience.
Because of this, I am unable to cancel the order or purchase another pair elsewhere, as my money remains held by the retailer until their investigation is completed. This leaves me in a very unfair position as a customer: I have paid in full, received nothing, and cannot make alternative arrangements.
The skis were intended for upcoming ski holidays, and I now face attending two trips without equipment due to the delay.
I understand that shipping issues can happen, but the responsibility to resolve them should not fall on the customer. Waiting indefinitely without a clear timeframe or solution is unacceptable.
I would strongly advise future buyers to consider this risk when ordering time-sensitive equipment.

Two weeks since I received a faulty, completely unusable item in the mail and have emailed multiple times and followed the online instructions letting them know. You think it's OK to take more than two weeks to fix this? Will anyone ever reply? Soon I will report this as fraud, this is awful customer service. I have had to purchase the same item somewhere else.

Terrible support - Missing parts and impossible demands (Ticket 00664174)I ordered a pair of Salomon Strive 12 bindings (Order CH00101978), and they arrived without the brakes. I took them to a professional shop (Transa Zurich) for mounting, where the certified mechanic confirmed the brakes were missing. Now, Ekosport refuses to send the missing parts unless I provide a photo of the box—which was obviously recycled by the professional shop. This is absurd. I have proof from a certified professional, but Ekosport's 'procedure' is ruining my ski trip this weekend. Terrible customer service.
PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE FROM THE UKWell, Day 24 and I still haven't received my order. Evri have confirmed they lost it,but during this period of time Ekosports response times are shocking, it takes them 48hrs to respond and when they do, they send out a useless auto email that does nothing to help you, no human interaction in 4 weeks.They have now said they will investigate the issue after 4 weeks, no remorse or talk of compensation, they just hold your money and completely ignore you.I'm sure I'll get a refund this week,but they should compensate.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE IN THE UK, UNLESS YOUR HAPPY TO BASICALLY SEND THEM MONEY for a few weeks and then they send it back to you when it suits them, dodgy company blueprint.
I made an order on Monday in expectation to receive my ski bindings within the promised period of 3 day maximum that is specified on their website and during my checkout. The delivery is to they own store in Paris. 6 days passed since and I still haven’t received my order, no information, no phone picked up when calling to them on their customer service contact, the personnel in the shop is incompetent and has no desire to help. The only reason I ordered in this store was their promise for “quick” delivery because I urgently needed my goods for a gift but their spoiled everything. During this period I received another goods from Ukraine (just imagine - Ukraine) using Nova Post, being informed every day. But seems ekosport either stole my money or they will deliver my order when I already will not need it. Terrible experience, never ever order in this store.
ZERO STARS.I ordered a ski helmet and goggles on the Ekosport website. I made the payment and the order status showed "VALIDATED".After several days I wanted to check the progress of the order, but the order still showed "VALIDATED".I sent a message to customer service to find out what was going on. I did not receive a response. I sent several more messages during the day and there was no response to any of them.They took the money, but the goods are not being sent.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE
Because they've removed my review from their website... Here again;I bought my skis on January 8, 2026, because I was going on a winter sports vacation to Austria on January 16, 2026. The website advertised that it would take 2-3 business days for me to receive the skis. Between January 8 and 16, I contacted DPD & Ekosport several times. Ultimately, Ekosport is the company that has to take care of this for me. Today is February 5, 2026, and I received the skis on February 3, 2026. I had to rent skis (for €150) and Ekosport's customer service can't say anything else; "Bad luck, unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it, these are your rights" . This is the last time I will ever buy anything from them. They don't think about the customer at all, don't offer any options or try to accommodate them. NOT RECOMMENDED!
Do not trust delivery estimates on the website "will arrive on day X when delivered by DPD". They will _NOT_ respond to mails on this, and for me, they did not even hand over the items to DPD until AFTER the estimated delivery date. Yes, it's estimated, however the wording is: Will arrive by day X if you choose DPD. So, either change the wording or change your practice.
