Do not purchase tyre and alloy coverage with this service. I took my car to a location to check my front tyres due to slow punctures that require inflation every two weeks. The service claims they don’t cover this. What exactly do they cover? I feel I was misled by a previous seller, and I'm very disappointed with both companies.
Had a conversation with a representative who suggested visiting a specific location due to their account. Made an appointment there, and it took about 20 minutes to receive approval over the phone. Issue resolved. The only downside was the lack of coffee facilities.
I was feeling overwhelmed and confused regarding my tyre warranty. Fortunately, I spoke with a claims adjuster who was a tremendous asset. She made me feel at ease and handled everything for me with remarkable patience. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. A very professional experience—thank you!
