When I asked Yoram to make a custom piece for me I received a prompt reply with a, “Yes!” They incorporated my idea of taking white gold and coupling it with a blue sapphire to fashion a Star of David, thereby reproducing the colors of Israel. I had bought a Roman glass necklace in Haifa in 2003 and loved it. Unfortunately, the glass had water damage and I needed to replace it. I found Baltinester online (I live in the US) and called Yoram. I sent a picture, he said he could replace the glass. I sent the pendant, he quickly replaced the glass and had it back to me in 2 weeks. I am extremely impressed with the customer service and quick turnaround. And I bought another pair of Roman glass earrings as well.
