⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with Baltini
I had a terrible experience with Baltini. I purchased designer shoes expecting them to arrive brand new, as advertised. Instead, they arrived used, dirty, and clearly worn. This is completely unacceptable for a luxury item.
I immediately contacted customer service and provided clear photo evidence showing the condition of the shoes. They kept asking for more pictures and additional proof, which I provided right away. After that? Nothing but excuses and delays.
Despite sending everything they requested, they refused to issue a refund and stopped properly responding. It feels like they were just trying to stall instead of taking responsibility.
For a company selling high-end designer products, this level of service and lack of accountability is shocking. Buyers beware — if something goes wrong, don’t expect them to stand behind what they sell.
Very disappointed and will never shop here again.
My order shipping status has not been updated since more than a week ago.
It has been 2 days since I raised the issue to Baltini but no one has helped.
I can't get in touch with any of Baltini customer service support.
So basically there is no support on this issue.
I purchased a bag for my partner over Christmas, which is wonderful and arrived very quickly. However, I noticed that my account has been charged a recurring $79 (AUD) fee each month since then (two charges in total), and I'm unsure what it's for. This review will stay until the issue is resolved. If someone can refund me the monthly fee, I would gladly update or remove this review, as everything else has been excellent.
I did shop the bag from Anya hichmarch, after a month bought, there are peeling of the canvas so I have contact the CS. They told me the after sales service is only within 14 days. It is insane and it is not luxury at all. Believe me, going to buy from the boutique even if it is more costly but u ensure yourself getting authentic goods and the best after service from the designer.
This is my first purchase online from Baltini and I was a little concerned about having my shoes posted to New Zealand, but the experience was excellent. The communication from both Baltini and their courier company was amazing, and incredibly swift. Really happy with everything and would definitely buy from them in the future.
I've been trying to contact them on a Prada purchase, the product happened to be FAKE after an authenticity test. They don't reply email or allow you upload an image on the refund site, it looks like they just don't want to refund or return, because the product is FAKE. DO NOT TRUST this website at all. it's a scam from Italy, their phone number also is just a placeholder, it doesn't work
