Today, I visited the Bank of Baroda – Dombivli West Branch regarding the outstanding amount on my loan, as I intend to close it.
Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The loan officer, was unprofessional and did not give proper attention to my query. When I requested details of my outstanding balance for closure, he did not even check the system and instead provided vague and random responses. There was no effort made to assist or clarify my concerns.
Such treatment reflects poorly on customer service standards. If customers are treated in this manner, it discourages confidence in investing in or availing loan products from this branch.
I request the Branch Manager to kindly look into this matter personally and take appropriate action to ensure better service for customers.

An NRI customer of Bank of Baroda since 2012. My internet login password expired. After a lot of difficulties created a new password. Still cannot log in. BOB has blocked me on net banking. BOB customer care won't tell me why BOB blocked me. Can't complain to BOB customer care. Rejecting my complaints. BOB is treating a decade-old loyal customer very bad. Made a great mistake banking on BOB. BOB IS DEFINITELY NOT GOOD FOR NON-RESIDENT INDIANS.
Today 10/02/26 , Bank of Baroda, sambalpur odisha, when I go there to issue my fattag for vechile, general office said the requirement documents is addhar Xerox and rc Xerox, then I go with my father and then they told me bring passbook Xerox also , i said that you don't told me plz Xerox it because that time 3:30 pm no shop open, after employee do Xerox of one copy, the peon angry abuse him for a single Xerox print, peon insulting the general manager in the presence of customer and other staff , this shows a toxic environment and job culture, some day before I go there for put my cheque in cheque box , a chapri customer abuse same employee, because he said for opening a bank account you have to give pan card and adhar card, and no other employee Stop that men or support their employee , the bank employee is also a human, plz not behave like non human like
Today, I am forced to make this post.My father, being not so learned, visited the Karamchari Nagar branch (Branch Code: BARB0KARBAR) managed under Radha Raman Singh, a month ago for re-issue of an E-BG The E-BG was issued, however, some details were missing. My father again visited the branch, provided all the details and requested for the amendments.She did the amendments, however, she didn’t send the details to bank end team to get them reflected at NESL portal.Upon receiving the email from my company for which my father works, we reached her out again and she kept assuring, “Sir nothing is pending from my end, please chase your organisation. When my father chased the organisation’s officer, we found that the details were not reflecting on the NESL portal.Even my father’s organisation sent her an email on branch email address telling her that details are not reflecting.She again did the same procedure and when my father asked her that the charges will be levied again, she told my father “ No sir no further charges will be applicable”.Yesterday evening my father reached her via phone and she assured that “ Sir, I have send the details and requested back-end to get the details reflected “.Yet again after multiple failed attempts to get the issue resolved via phone in the digital era, we reached branch again today to see what is causing a month of delay, we got to know that no such email or request was raised by her yet.To cover up her negligence Mrs Neha with an unprofessional attitude, in a very casual manner shifted the blame to back end team when she is completely responsible for causing the trouble leading to huge losses to my father in business with hefty procedural charges.First, she was ignorant of the standard procedure and second, she was conveying misleading information.Bank of Baroda - Out trust in you is completely compromised. Since when unprofessional people are hired at Grade 2 officer level? Aren’t trainings are provided on how to deal with customers? We demand resolution of our problem. We demand strict actions against this lady. We demand fair treatment.
Today , that is on 27th Jan 2026 , I visited Bank of Baroda , Alkapuri , Vadodara , Gujarat at 11 am for my bank locker work after obtaining permission of short leave for 40 minutes from my office. When I reached there the gate was closed and security person told me it is closed with no reason. While searching on google I came to know it was strike. Bank should intimate publicly so that people visiting from far off may not suffer.
Bank of Baroda deducts money as soon as I deposit funds, without any proper explanation. They keep cutting small amounts like ₹100 or ₹200 regularly, and this time they deducted ₹1600 straight away. Night-time transactions often do not work at all, and when the system comes back, the money is already gone.Customer support is useless and provides no clear answers, and the branch staff is equally unhelpful. There are hidden charges everywhere but absolutely no reliable service. This bank has become a constant source of stress and financial loss.
Very Poor Service – Bank of Baroda, Panaji BranchI am extremely disappointed with the service at the Bank of Baroda Panaji branch. My NRI debit card PIN has still not been delivered even after more than one year.Despite multiple visits to the branch, numerous phone calls, and several follow-up emails, the issue remains unresolved. Each time I was assured it would be taken care of, but no concrete action has been taken so far.This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially from a national bank handling NRI customers. Such delays cause serious inconvenience and reflect very poorly on the branch’s customer service standards.I strongly urge the concerned authorities to look into this matter and improve responsiveness and efficiency at the Panaji branch.
One of the worst banks on multiple accounts:Knowledge across staff is extremely poor; you will get a different answer for your issue from every staff member you approach confusing you further and eventually them not wanting to do their job.Website is appaling as it is super slow and not at all user friendly especially for senior citizens.App is equally pathetic.'Ask ADI' is a joke as it just plain does not even load; working is another century away.All in all, a 0 star bank and my experience has been not of a day or one time but across all my years dealing with this bank.
