Excited to get my first redemption. It has been a few days, which I’m holding out. So far customer service has been amazing. I will definitely be playing with them in the future.
I had a $1000 dollar redemption and they just blocked my account .. mia doesn't know what's going on and money is in limbo I'm afraid this site is a scam. I would gladly change my rating if I get some kind of update or my redemption. Keep you posted, for now though I would not trust this site...
I had a redemption for $1000.00 and they blocked my account and never gave me redemption. I've sent emails to see if they will follow up but seems like a scam site. I'm furious
I had issues with my redemption before because there was a mistake made on their end. I was so aggravated then but I thought after some consideration, I would give them another shot. Boy am I kicking myself for that now. I finally got a nice redemption request and it has been nothing less than a tortuous experience. The amount is in the thousands and I have spent so much money and time with this casino. I am disgusted right now for giving this another shot. I have yet to receive my winnings and it is looking like I may never. All I have heard is excuse after excuse. Glitches with system, high volume redemption requests, ect. I am starting to believe I was scammed this entire time and I am becoming more and more furious.. If I somehow receive my redemption, I would love to come back and eat these words and give a wonderful review. I pray I get that chance. Pray for me everyone, please.

Love the promos and the vip mia girl. redemptions take forever. I take $2k pending and then I got a message asking me to cancel to refuel and I clicked no. Then 5 min later they cancelled two of my redemptions and then blamed it on a. Technical issue lol.
I've explored nearly every sweep casino available, and this one stands out as the most untrustworthy. After purchasing my welcome packages and playing through them, I requested a redemption only to wait a whole month—an already unreasonable timeframe that some other casinos also have—only to have my request denied and my funds not returned. I had to spend time chatting with their support, only to be informed that they claimed I violated their vague terms, which seem to be interpreted at their discretion. They took my funds and have refused to communicate further. Now, I'm left with no choice but to contact my bank to initiate chargebacks for my purchases. This has been the most blatantly fraudulent experience I've encountered in this industry.
Avoid this service! They redeemed my winnings once, but after I earned over $300, they cancelled my redemption. I was informed there was nothing I could do since I purchased a gift card, not a service credit. All I did was play roulette and got lucky.
This service is a scam! I lost a significant amount of money and requested my redemption eight days ago for $1,000, but I still haven't received it. When I reached out to the support team via chat or email, they just repeated the same responses. We need to report this online platform for being a scam!
There are many great games available. I managed to submit my redemption request, but it was rejected due to a verification requirement. It's been nearly 48 hours now, and the platform indicates that verification should take 24-48 hours. I will update you all if I receive my $999 redemption.
I've been informed repeatedly by the support team that there are ongoing technical problems with redemptions and that payments are not being processed. It seems this issue is affecting others using the platform as well. If this is truly an issue they're facing, I will update my review once it's resolved, but the lack of payment and a timeline for fixing it is completely unacceptable. Currently giving 1 star. I hope to revise this in the future.
