Extremely frustrating. I ordered a hat on December 3, 2024, and I still haven’t received it. I’ve reached out three times without any response. If I don’t get a refund soon, I will report this situation to the authorities.

Waiting for My Refund.

I have been waiting for my refund since last Tuesday, as they never shipped the items after a week of payment. Last Tuesday, they emailed me claiming they processed my refund, which should arrive in 2 to 4 days, but I still have nothing. My bank confirmed there are no incoming payments.
