My wife got a mobility scooter which had been stored for over 2 years and as expected, the batteries were dead and would not recharge. Phoned Battery Trader on the Wednesday and received my new ones on the Thursday. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and polite explaining about the different batteries I could order. Couldn't have been more helpful.
Do not buy, they are rude. I had my batteries for 4 weeks. I got them tested after not going the distance. The questions they ask are private, the name is different if you pay via pay-pal. I can not believe how rude they are, they accuse you of not looking after the batteries. They are horrible. DO NOT BUY.
Purchased a 12 volt lead acid battery fitted into model boat worked okay for about 20 mins but due to lockdown I stored it in the box it came in sadly it lost 11volts within 2 weeks did a trickle charge to get it up to 12 volts but would only hold 2 volts informed customer service and they told me it's not a warranty claim and basically they will not replace I have these cells from 2014 which are more reliable so be aware and buy elsewhere component shop give good service and customer support
