First class service, first class products.

To start, the information on their web site made it easy to identify the batteries I required. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast. The batteries were as described. I was able to put both my mobility scooters back into service at very reasonable cost.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely over the moon with the help, advice, service and price I received from Battery Trader. I needed a replacement pair of batteries for my mobility scooter and the help I was given when I contacted them for advice was exemplary. They genuinely could not do enough to help and I was massively impressed by their customer service teams advice and helpfulness.
