This is now the 4 th time review. Having received an email from Voghion

Since the. I have been told they cannot find my order. Have said unable to view the numerous photos and even a video of the item damaged. Etc. That’s now the 3 Rd time I have had to send it. And I have now asked where is my refund ?
Which was stated last week would be sent immediately. ? I has not
I have asked for proof of my refund. And guess what. Even sending the message I’ve copied and posted. Above. They still have not received a refund ? And again asked me to contact the professional customer service team. Which I already have and they sent me the message stating my refund will be sent immediately. Is this the way this company treats its customers when damaged goods are received ? And also. Where is the so called Voghion. Wallet. To be found on their website ? Because I’ve asked them and had no reply or response. Beware when you spend your money. And items are faulty. They will delay dealing with it professionally. In the hope you just give up.
Voghion. Where is my refund ??????
This is my third review; this service is the worst I've ever encountered. Firstly, there was a delivery mix-up where it claimed the item was delivered, but it actually arrived five days late. Secondly, the item was damaged and scratched. I had to document the damage with a video and photos, including the waybill and packaging. Despite this, I still haven't received a refund. Eventually, after several offers of discounts on the original price—which I declined since it was a Christmas gift and I wouldn't give a damaged item—they finally agreed to a full refund while allowing me to keep the damaged item, which I would have thrown away. I accepted this solution. Now, three days later, after numerous attempts to reach out to the after-sales support, I'm still waiting for my refund. All I get is an automated response asking for the same video and photos again. It's like I'm stuck in a loop. All I want is my refund, which I was promised. Once I receive it, I never want to deal with this service again. I recommend others do the same, as the time and effort I’ve spent is not worth it, and their treatment of customers is appalling.
