The customer service is outstanding—responsive, professional, and easy to work with. However, it would be better if bidders were informed of the seller's reserve. Without that information, you might 'win' an auction only to receive a follow-up call where a representative has to mediate while the seller pushes for a higher price. This can waste bidders' time and disrupt an otherwise smooth experience. Adding the reserve would enhance the platform significantly.
This place is completely unacceptable. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I can't even get a call back from a manager, and when they do respond, it's filled with lies. I've left multiple messages, but all I hear is silence. I live in the area, and there was an accidental charge on my account. I reached out immediately to explain, hoping they wouldn’t keep my money for a relist fee and could apply it towards a purchase instead. They refuse to assist or talk about it. The manager won’t return my calls and instead deceives me and disappears. This company clearly lacks understanding of the struggles faced by individuals living paycheck to paycheck. It took me a year to save the money they took from me. I can't even get a response here. It’s outrageous. Shouldn’t the managers prioritize returning calls?
On July 8th, I purchased a vehicle and signed all necessary documents. I followed up several times to check on the process. When I went to the DMV with the provided documents, they informed me that they couldn’t process them as they weren’t signed in wet ink, making them invalid. I contacted the service to request a re-signing of the documents. On July 17th, I was asked to re-sign, which I did. However, when I followed up on July 24th, I was told the vehicle’s title was lost in the mail, and when I requested proof of mailing, I was denied any confirmation. This raises serious concerns about the company’s practices. I need to register the vehicle and obtain license plates within July to meet legal requirements. I fear deceptive practices are being used to delay the process, which is unacceptable.
I bought a vehicle that was listed for $675 at 100,000 miles, and it was said to run. However, after paying nearly $2,000, I discovered the head gasket was blown and there was water in the engine. The takeaway is to avoid any auction. After purchase, you have only two days for pickup, and if the company takes longer, you are charged $50 to $100 per day thereafter. I cannot recommend this service.
