I cannot stress enough how fantastic this company's customer service is. After numerous transactions, all perfect, I had one concern. Always friendly, helpful and rapid service from the guys at BB Guns. They have the best range of available products, a huge range and displayed helpfully on their site - easy to see what is actually available and what is out of stock so you don't waste your time or get disappointed, wish they were all like this!
Ordered a bundle of guns and the main one is faulty. Delivered on 31.03.25. Emailed on the day and haven't received a reply. Have been phoning everyday since but no answer and no reply to voicemails. Logged into my account to begin a return and the order number isn't available. Submitted under a previous order number clearly stating it's for a different order and no reply to that either. Phoned at opening time on the dot this morning to the same answer phone message telling me the staff are very busy, listened to hold music for ten minutes then passed to answerphone which I'm guessing will be ignored as well.
