I love the prices most of all!!! The site is easy to navigate and has a large variety to choose from. I also love that there's a video for each item to help you make a more informed decision! The only downside was that I had a coupon code that I accidentally removed from my order and had to go back to the email I got it from to add it back instead of being able to find it on the site.
I’m so glad I got this survey because I’m VERY frustrated and upset and I have no way of contacting your company to let you all know. I would LOVE if you had a customer service number or a more reasonable way to contact someone for help. The only thing I got was an email with automatic reply to say I’m “in the queue” and to be patient for someone to contact me back for help. I am so so so so frustrated with this system. I needed IMMEDIATE help and even though I indicated that on my email I had no choice but to wait. It has been several days and I still have not gotten a reply. This survey has arrived to me before a reply to my claim for help. So here is my full story: I came to your website to buy products because an Instagram influencer that I follow promoted it. I have shopped on the original Bellesa site over a year ago and I am very pleased with what I got. So when I visited bboutlet, i was excited to see these prices were more affordable for me. I ended up getting 2 products because the discounts were so good (and I got a small free product from the influencer promotion, although I wish I could’ve just applied a credit to my order for more off from my other items since I already have a version of the free product I was offered, but whatever. I was excited for my other affordable items nonetheless). Now to my first problem: when I was checking out, I put in my card information and clicked to complete my order, but I got a pop up asking if I wanted to add THREE MORE ITEMS to my order. I don’t care that the site was trying to promote some more items, but I do care that these items were added to my cart and purchased immediately when I was just trying to close out of the pop-up. These items are not ones I was looking at in my search and are nothing like the products I wanted. I don’t even know why the site recommended these to me because I hadn’t looked at them once while shopping. Anyways, because I was in the middle of confirming my order, I pressed the only button on the screen. This not only added all THREE of those items to my cart (that I wouldn’t have purchased even if I had a free gift card to purchase anything I wanted on your website), but it IMMEDIATELY CHARGED MY CARD AND CLOSED OUT THE ORDER WITHOUT A FINAL CONFIRMATION. I did not want these items in any way, shape, or form. I had already authorized my card to be charged & had already reviewed my order. I was ready to press the button to complete my order when this pop-up happened. It was unclear how to exit the pop-up, and I just pressed to continue. There is no reason that the continue button should have added and made the purchase in one action. Even if I DID WANT these items, there still should’ve still been one final review process since it would’ve been adding THREE COMPLETELY NEW ITEMS to my purchase. Obviously I was furious when I saw that the purchase was made without my consent. I won’t even call it an accident because there were no other options to back out of it. I was making this purchase on a cell phone and I was clicking through to the end because I had already confirmed everything I wanted was there and ready to go. This unexpected pop-up interrupted the purchase I was making at a time when I was already clicking to complete and finalize. This needs to be fixed asap. But here’s my big next problem: I contacted the very first email I could find to immediately cancel the order before any charges were finalized and anything was shipped, but of course nothing happened. I sent this email less than 3 minutes after the order was placed. 3 minutes is how long it took for me to see what happened, look for any and all contact information and frantically type out what happened. Because your customer service system is abhorrent, I of course did not receive a response immediately (in fact I haven’t received a response at all) and I was told if I tried to follow up I would be sent to the back of the line. I even tried using the chat bot to ask for help with this immediate problem even though I knew that’s not what it was for. I was desperate to contact ANYONE for help because I was shopping here due to THE PRICES I COULD AFFORD. Clearly I cannot afford an extra 80 dollars of products that I didn’t authorize, so I needed the problem fixed ASAP. Of course because no one replied to me, the charge on my card went through. After a longer time of no one responding to me, the products got shipped. I DID NOT WANT THESE PRODUCTS. AND NO ONE HELPED ME CANCEL THE PURCHASE ON MY CARD. AND NO ONE HELPED ME STOP THE ORDER BEFORE IT GOT SHIPPED. I will never ever shop here again. I expect that there’s nothing to be done now because I read the policy that nothing can be done after a card is charged and nothing can be done especially when a product is shipped because I clearly can’t be trusted to return these type of items. I have never had a worse experience shopping before. GET BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
