im not gonna play there anymore. for every tiny problem i have to contact the support, but the bc.support is the worst support ive ever seen. same answers no solutions and a lot of time waste. BTW: none of the "no deposit" bonuses whether 5$ 10$ or free spins has ever worked, plus they bombard you with emails and messagesback then i liked bc but for now i would say every other casino is better than bc.game
Worst, they are scammers. I got a bonus from 5$ which turned to 250 from bonus feature, and after completing the requirements wagering, the money disappeared only 5$ were transferred with explatanation from live chat that extra money are deducted, what a joke!
My withdrawal stuck from last 35 days. There is no solution. They said that withdrawal is sucessfull I send my vedio record and statement. Still they are replying the same. I mean they don't have trust on customers. Bc seems to be a scam now. Even if I want to file a case for this transaction they ask for account details. I don't have any account details of the sender
